The Erode College of Pharmacy is committed to providing students and faculty members with opportunities for continuous learning through a wide range of value-added and add-on courses. The institution has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Infosys Springboard, enabling access to high-quality online learning resources from leading platforms such as Coursera, IIHT, Udemy, and several other industry-recognized learning partners. Through this initiative, students and faculty can enroll in and complete a variety of certification courses completely free of cost, enhancing their academic knowledge, technical skills, employability, and professional competencies. The institution has also established an MoU with ALSION, providing additional opportunities for skill development and career-oriented learning. Furthermore, The Erode College of Pharmacy encourages lifelong learning by promoting participation in SWAYAM–NPTEL courses. As part of the institution's academic quality initiatives, all faculty members and students are expected to successfully complete a minimum of one SWAYAM–NPTEL certification course, fostering self-paced learning, interdisciplinary knowledge, and continuous professional development.
